Shipping, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Shipping Policies
We use various reputed courier agencies to deliver your product to your desired location. Selection of courier agencies may vary depending upon your delivery address. We always try to provide the best shipping experience we can.
We always try to ship all items in your order to ship together at a time in a single shipment, but in some cases, it is not possible to ship all products together due to product characteristics, availability or risk. In that case we will inform you before doing it.

Always check the product condition before accepting the parcel from delivery agent, if you feel that the product is not in good condition or if the package is tampered with or damage, you can always refuse to accept the parcel from the delivery agent and contact us by phone call or an email, mentioning your order reference number. We will try our best to resolve your problem and arrange a replacement delivery to you at the earliest.

As per Indian Tax Regulation, all the items in the shipment will be mentioned in the invoice with there respective price (including gift items).

Shipping Partners
We use Fedex, Delhivery, Aramex, DHL, Bluedart, DTDC, Indian Speed Post, to ship our products to your destination address. Selection of shipping partners is available during checkout and chosen by you. For some items we can select the shipping partners for you to give the best service.
On special prior request, we can ship your products through EMS speed post for remote locations if in case required. If you think your delivery address does not have coverage and you have experienced a bad service from shipping partners, you can always request us for speed post service. However, we cannot guarantee to fulfil your request, because sometime post office refuse to accept the orders for some materials.

Shipping Time / Delivery Time
We ship our weekday (Monday to Friday) orders within 48hours from the time of order conformation. (Not implies on assembled machines, customised parts and kits)
Normal orders placed on Sunday or on public holidays will be shipped on next working day.
For customised orders we take a day or two for preparation and shipping.

Actual shipping time is depending on various conditions. Each shipping companies have their own working methods, intermediate transit locations etc. and the delivery time is not predictable. Though we can guarantee a delivery time of 6-8 working days to anywhere in India, it is totally beyond our control.
Please pre-plan your order allowing sufficient time for the delivery instead of last-minute orders.

Guarantee/Warranty
To protect our customers from any manufacturing defects, we provide minimum 7 days of standard warranty from the date of delivery. If you have any manufacturing defects in your product, you can notify us within this duration from the date of shipment of any defective product. You are agreeing to pay for return shipping on exchanges and return, and we will reimburse the shipping cost upon the verification of defect with the product.
We will replace or repair the damaged product at free of cost and ship back to you with shipping reimbursement. Only verified defective parts will be replaced or repaired and return shipping cost will be reimbursed only in case of varied manufacturing defects clams.
In case, we do not have the product in stock to provide replacement or we will issue 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.
To the product need to be exchanged, firstly, please send the photos of damaged products to us. We will estimate the damages then decide the best way to repair, exchange or return the product.

100% Refund/Replacement:
We guarantee to provide accurate descriptions and quality product as mentioned in the eTechPath website. In order to protect customers from shipping damage, item mismatch or parts missing etc., we are providing 2 days’ time (From the date of order delivery) to report the complaint by going to my account section and then to your order, then you will find option for Request Refund, if not then just drop us an email on info@etechpath.com with your order number and defect details, and our technical team will verify the submitted details visually and will issue file number to return the material. Once we received the product our experts will verify the issue reported and will send the replacement items to the customer with shipping cost prepaid by us. In case, we do not have the product in stock to provide replacement, we will issue 100% refund. Furthermore, no warranty or no refund will apply if the Product has been subject to misuse, static discharge, neglect, accident, modification, or has been soldered or altered in any way.
Due to the nature of the products, we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason. eTechPath reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund requests.

Cancelling An Order:
You want it cancelled? You can ask us (by Email only ) to cancel your order, update an address. Customer Service will get back to you by email within one business day regarding your request. Only orders that are still in status “Pending” or “Payment Verification” can be altered or cancelled. If your order has already moved to a different status, you won’t be able to alter it or cancel it. In some cases, Order cancellation may attract 5% bank charges depending on the payment methods used by customer. (It is because most of payment gateway providers collect their Commision even though order cancelled and refunded.). Due to the nature of the products, we are selling and our strict quality policy, we are unable to offer order cancellation and return without valid reason. eTechPath reserves the right to take the final decision on all refund requests.

Return Guidelines:
Once we confirmed the faulty item cannot be repairable by customer or by Remote Desktop (Team Viewer), we will issue a file Number, which you have to mention clearly on Shipping boxes. Do not write anything on the merchandise packaging (Product package). Defective unused merchandise will be replaced within 2 days of receipt. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment.

Limits Of Responsibility:
We accept no responsibility for improper installation of our products. Electrical polarity must be properly observed in hooking up electrical components.
